What kind of gasoline should I use?
There are three types of gasoline at Japanese gas stations: regular, premium and diesel. Please determine which gasoline to use.
Most cars use regular gasoline, while luxury cars use premium gasoline.
Diesel fuel can only be added to certain diesel vehicles or commercial vehicles.
Please note, never add diesel to ordinary cars by mistake unless it is specially designated.

What should I do if I don’t have a full tank of gas when I return the car?
The car rental store will assess the gas required and calculate the gas fee to be paid. Store prices may be higher than regular gas station prices.

Is there pick-up and drop-off service when returning the car?

What should you do if you forget something in your car or store?
Please check with the car rental company yourself. The car rental company will keep the lost property for 1-3 months, but will not compensate you for this. (It is recorded in the car rental contract) Relax rental caror the car rental agency are not responsible for any lost items. ToCoo or the car rental agency will not mail any lost items. Please go to the store to claim your lost items yourself.
